Booking and cancellation rules

This applies when you book, or cancel, your stay with us.

Camping Key Europe

At this campsite it is mandatory to have a valid Camping-ID as we are members of Svensk Camping. You activate your free Camping ID directly in the My Camping Key app. There you can also upgrade to the Camping Key Europe discount card.

To book/enter into an agreement with us, you must be 18 years old.

Fees and payment

• For all bookings by phone and e-mail, a booking fee of 135 SEK will be added. If you book online or for same day drop-in bookings, we will waive this fee.
• We accept debit and credit cards for payment of accommodation.
• Payment must be made at the time of booking/day of booking no later than 22.00. If the payment is not received by us as above, your booking will be canceled.

Your booking becomes binding as soon as it has been confirmed with a booking confirmation.

Cancellation protection

By purchasing a cancellation protection at the time of booking for 350 SEK, you will be refunded as below:

• Cancellation made before 15:00, 7 days before arrival will be refunded 100%.
• Cancellation made before 15:00, 3 days before arrival is refunded with 50%.
• Cancellations made later than 15:00, 3 days before arrival are non-refundable.

In the event of cancellation, the fee for cancellation protection or any booking fee is not refundable.

Cleaning

The cabin/room must be cleaned according to the provided instructions. If the cleaning has not been carried out, a cleaning fee will be charged according to the current rates. Departure cleaning can be pre-booked online when making your booking or at the reception no later than the day before check-out.

Smoking is prohibited

Smoking is prohibited in all our cabins/rooms/service buildings. If smoking has occurred, a cleanup fee of 4000 SEK will be charged.

Pets are allowed

Pets are allowed in most accommodation categories, at a cost of 500 SEK per stay.

Lost key or destroyed property / Liability in case of damage

The person whose name appears on the booking is responsible for any damage caused intentionally or accidentally. This applies to the campsite's furniture, equipment and premises, including rooms, cabins, camping pitches and other buildings belonging to the campsite. If you lose your key, you will be charged for changing the lock.
